My iPad 9.7 Pro snaps in perfectly. It is low profile so it doesn't block any instruments. The design is perfect to naturally fit in my scan but I hardly notice it's attached to the yoke. "I am a flight instructor teaching out of the C172SP and R models. I have used the mount for about 5 flights now and I absolutely LOVE it! I can't say enough good things about it. It is well built, its placement on the yoke is well balanced and it does not obscure the panel. The angle of the iPad for viewing, data entry, and taking notes is perfect. Having a yoke mount allows a pilot to view approach plates without having to look down at a knee board and loose sight of the instruments. The mount itself is easy to take on and off. "Just a quick note to say 'Thanks.' I received my yoke mount and have used it on two flights in two different C172, and in both planes it worked GREAT! The best benefit is it has removed my behavior of looking down at my thigh, writing a note on the screen, and having the plane climb or descend due to my up down hand and vision movements.
